Amazon how to help with customer feedback

When RickyBobbyUSA first started with Amazon, we had a mistake getting a product shipped to a couple of customers. We strive to be 1st not last so the employee is no longer working for our organization. This video will show you how you can work with our unhappy customer. We have already refunded the shipping cost to the customer to make it right. This video will show the customer how they can retract or remove the negative feedback rating.

1. To remove third-party seller feedback:

Do one of the following:
Go to Your Submitted Feedback .
Go to Your Account and click Seller Feedback Submitted by You under Personalization.
Click Remove link next to the feedback you would like to remove. If there is no Remove option next to a comment, the 60-day removal period has expired.
