Ordered an ipad air (16GB+WiFi+cellular) from amazon.in (fulfilled by amazon). When received the product next day, I was shocked to see that the ipad screen was broken in pieces. Called up amazon and returned the product next day Amazon refunded the money to my account as there is no replacement policy for this product. Appreciate amazon for that but was little afraid to imagine if this, or other type of manufacturing defect would have been caught three months later who would have come to rescued consumer as apple do not assure manufacturer warranty on products purchased through online shopping sites in India. To confirm this issue I checked various news flashes came recently.
