This video was made so Amazon can see that their technical support advice doesn’t actually work – and for me to express my frustration with their lack of a viable support option. We were marketed to and agreed to try the plugin on our site – this created accounting problems since I can’t tell what to apply the bank deposits to. I can not find reports on Amazon that match the deposit amount. I can not actually talk to an Amazon rep, because, as you can see in the video, it doesn’t work.
