<p>TOP 10 WAYS TO SCREW UP YOUR EBAY OR AMAZON ACCOUNT: </p>
<p>1. Ship item without a tracking number (or signature now).<br />
2. Ignore customer emails because you don&#8217;t know how to answer them.<br />
3. When a customer complains, instead of trying to solve the problem, you just take a return (numbskull move).<br />
4. You pack your item very sloppily and it breaks in the mail.<br />
5. You ship them a cheaply made imitation version.<br />
6. You do not plan well for a vacation (forget to fully turn off/pause your Ebay and that even though you are on vacation, you shoudl check your emails maybe every other day just in case).<br />
7. You describe your item wrongly.  This is a great way to ruin your record on Ebay/Amazon.<br />
8. You don&#8217;t wait until the right time to call ebay up to raise your limits..<br />
9. You have a spike of sales or revenue changes to your account without gradually increasing/changing things.<br />
10. You carelessly log into your Ebay account from a public computer or at your friends house (who just happen to have been kicked off ebay in the past).</span></p>

Calling their number you get an answering system that does not even have an extension for customer service, just press for an extension which of course there is no way to know them.  Try it for yourself  323 area code 262-8383.  They insisted they could not help me as their policy says I have to deal with Amazon which of course can do absolutely nothing such as providing a buckle for a costume they manufacture.  Complete nonsense on their web site testimonials: &#8220;You gave us great customer service!&#8221; and &#8220;You guys rocked &#8211; beat out the competitors in all areas, especially in service, price and quality&#8221;.  They do not stand behind their products.  Buyer beware.</span></p>
