Endemol is a Dutch company that produces and distributes entertainment content across a global network in more than 30 countries. The company’s operations include encoding and storing huge volumes of digital media.

Additionally, the company’s production work often entails a lot of personnel turnover with many temporary employees, which made it difficult and costly to manage PCs. Endemol turned to Amazon WorkSpaces for easy provisioning of virtual desktops, and uses other AWS services for content production and storage. With AWS, it has lowered IT costs by approximately 70 percent.
