<p>1) Go to Settings.<br />
2) Go to Applications &#038; Parent Controls.<br />
3) Go to Manage applications.<br />
4) Scroll to Google Play services and click Uninstall.<br />
5) Go back to the Home screen by pressing the Home button.<br />
6) Open ES File Explorer (side loaded from previous Google Play install).<br />
7) Go to the Download folder or to the location of where your Google Play file is downloaded.<br />
8) Install a previous version of Google Play (Version 7.0.99 works best for me).</p>
