Man, it just sucks getting those big boxes back from Amazon… PRIMARILY because I had to pay for the customer to ship it back to Amazon and then I had to pay for amazon to ship the reject stuff BACK TO ME. I hate all the scammers on Amazon. I seriously would go as far as to say that you can look at your selling fees and then just tack on another 5% for all of the scammers that you will face.

When you sell online no matter where it is, be it Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or even your own store, it is absolutely critical that you behave more than reasonable even if the buyer is a total jerk. By being a polite and kind seller, you will greatly reduce the chance of having a tarnished reputation online as a seller and that means more sales and higher dollar sales for you! The customer is almost always right, but I would say for $15 the customer is always right.
