To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.

To submit a trade-in:

Go to the Trade-In Store and search for eligible items.

Note: You can also submit a trade-in from the Amazon Mobile App on your Android or iOS compatible device.
Click Trade in to add items to your trade-in submission.
To add more items, click Add another item.
Select the condition of your item(s) based on the criteria listed, then click Continue.
Select a shipping method from the available options.

Note: USPS Media Mail is not available for submissions containing video game items or consumer electronics.
Select or enter an address from which you will ship your items.

Note: This address will be used to return any items that aren’t accepted.
Follow the remaining on-screen instructions.
Click Submit your trade-in to print a shipping label.
Ship your items within 7 calendar days of submitting the trade-in.
