RetailOps handles customer Returns and RMAs within its Customer Service Tool. For orders originating in a sales channel (Amazon, eBay, Magento, SpreeCommerce, ChannelAdvisor, etc), RetailOps will issue the API call directly to that channel to issue the customer refund when applicable.
