Checking up on Amazon – How to get Reimbursed for Non Returns

Does Amazon owe you money? Are your customers returning the items they are getting refunded for? Do you know how to get reimbursed from Amazon if the buyer doesn’t return an item they got refunded? Did you even know that the customer has 45 days to return an item. We all know that Amazon likes to give our money away without batting an eye. If a customer wants to return an item, for whatever reason, they can do so and Amazon will refund them their purchase price. amazon even gives the customers a choice of reasons for the return so they don’t have to pay the return shipping. But that’s OK. We’re still making money selling on Amazon and that’s all that matters.
However, we do need to keep tabs on Amazon to make sure they are following through with their end of the bargain, and they are reimbursing us for everything that is owed to us as sellers. I am not saying they will intentionally cheat you out of your money, but things do slip through the cracks. So I want to show you how you can check up on Amazon and the customer, to make sure that the item that they have been refunded for has been returned and if it has not been returned, has Amazon reimbursed you for this. You will be notified that the refund has been issued, and the money has been debited from your account. So you need to check after 45 days to see if the item has been returned. If it has not, Amazon should reimburse you. Unfortunately, they will not pay you the full amount. they will still deduct their fees, but that’s Ok. it is better than nothing. And again, repeat after me, we are still making money on Amazon. So follow along and I will show you how I keep track of the refunds and make sure that Amazon is following through with their terms. And what you can do if they have not reimbursed you after 45 days. Again, it’s all about checking up on Amazon.
